Provisional Booking Confirmation:
When we at Dive In Pattaya receive notice of your provisional requirements we will send you an email to confirm your Provisional Booking and instructions on how to make your full payment or your confirmed booking deposit.
A deposit is required by you, to guarantee your booking. The non-refundable deposit required is a minimum of 30% of the total price of your booking. As soon as we have received your deposit, we shall send you an email confirming receipt and details. Please note that once the payment is received you can only cancel the booking in accordance with our terms and conditions. It is your responsibility to ensure you are familiar with any cancellation charges relevant to your booking prior to sending your deposit.
Making Your Final Payment:
Final payment must be paid prior to the departure or start of the program. If you wish to pay the full remaining balance of your booking by using PayPal, please inform us before the booking date.
We can accept payment via PayPal, cash or bank transfer (details upon request).
Any bank transfer fees incurred are to be paid by the sender.
Payments may be made by:
1. Bank Transfer/Bank Deposit/Internet Banking/PayPal/Tab Travel
In order to minimize your bank charges, we recommend that you consider paying the total fees of your booking in full, rather than the initial deposit and then the balance at a later date. After sending the payment, please email us a scanned copy of the transfer record as proof of payment.
2. Credit/Debit Card with PayPal

Cancelling Your Booking:
If you cancel your reservation less than 48 hours before your booking date then we retain the right to keep any payments in compensation for potential lost bookings and will only consider a partial refund at our discretion. Any cancellations less than 24 hours prior to the booking date are considered as a ‘no-show’ and will result in FULL LOSS OF YOUR CONFIRMED BOOKING DEPOSIT.
Changes to Your Booking:
If you decide to change your booking after you have made your reservation we will do what we reasonably can to accommodate you but it may not always be possible. You should notify us as soon as possible of any changes. We will do our best to make any alterations you may require after confirmation has been issued, subject to availability and to the payment for any increased costs relevant to the change. Any requests for alteration to an itinerary should be made by email by the person who made the original booking. If alterations are made less than 2 days prior to the booking date, an additional charge may apply to compensate for any potential lost bookings.
Refund Policy For Goods Purchased Online:
All goods are checked before being sent. If any goods are damaged or faulty, a replacement will be offered when the goods are returned to us by registered mail. Refunds cannot be given in the event of en purchase made in error or if you change your mind after you commit to purchase.
Liability Release and Assumption of Risk:
Sentinel Enterprises Co; Ltd cannot be held liable for and will not be held responsible for personal injuries, property damage, or accidental death that may occur during activities, as a result of the inherent risks associated with scuba diving or as a result of acts or omissions of other third parties.
It is your responsibility that you are suitably fit to participate in any scuba activities prior to you taking part. Such activities include all activities as well as PADI Open Water Diver or Scuba Diver courses, or Discover Scuba Diving and such activities that allow participants to take part without a license.
We will do our utmost to provide all bookings that have been confirmed, but we must retain the right to modify or cancel any booking if unforeseen circumstances amounting to ‘force majeure’ arise. In such circumstances, we will inform you as soon as possible, and, should the change be such that it alters the nature of the booking, we shall give you the choice of an alternative program or a full refund of all money paid. In recognition we will absorb all financial loss consequent upon cancellation due to ‘force majeure’. We shall not cancel any trip for reason of political tension or natural disaster unless specifically recommended to do so by the local government.
All clients are responsible for their own appropriate travel insurance to cover any diving they will be doing during their trip to Pattaya, Thailand.
Booking Information Required:
When you confirm your booking, please be prepared to provide us with the following details:
• Full name
• Number of people participating
• Hotel arrangements including arrival date
• Program required
• Date of program required
• Diving certification level (if any)
• Any special dietary requirements (boat trips only)
• Contact number in Thailand (if possible)
If there are any changes to the details supplied to us by you it is your responsibility to inform Dive In Pattaya as soon as possible. In particular we will not be responsible for problems arising from your failure to adhere to instructions in our communication with you.
All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Our prices reflect operator and supplier prices and are therefore subject to changes that they may make without prior notice. We will inform you of such changes as soon as possible.
Please note that we cannot guarantee visiting particular dive sites on certain days (for example a Wreck Dive every Saturday). Circumstances may arise (weather, conditions, visibility) where the boat captain and the instructors decide to change the destination.
Equipment Rental – we at Dive in Pattaya, by Sentinel Enterprises Co; Ltd, pride ourselves in taking good care of all our scuba diving and snorkeling equipment. All our gear is regularly checked and serviced by qualified technicians. Please note you are responsible for any damage caused to rental scuba equipment that you use during your program and in the event of damage you will be charged accordingly.
We cannot be held responsible for bookings for diving trips made on the same day as a later flight. It is your responsibility to ensure that you do not make such reservations and adhere to the current non-flying times after diving.
We endeavor to ensure that the information provided on our website and is as precise and up-to-date as possible. However, all items and products sold on Dive In Pattaya are subject to availability. Therefore, you must confirm as soon as possible to avoid disappointment and to prevent your choice of activity or product being unavailable.
